On July 30, according to official news, the Binance Labs Foundation announced the first group of projects supported for development in the seventh season of the Incubation program.
Specifically, selected projects include:
- Astherus Collateral Liquidity Liquidation
- CYCLE NETWORK cross-chain liquidation aggregation protocol
- DILL Scalable Data Availability Network
- DeFi and data system based on EigenLayer, EigenExplorer
Incubation Program season 7 was launched in March 2024 to provide a customized learning program including 1:1 consultation with the Binance Labs Investment team and access to resources in the Binance ecosystem.
The 6th season of Binance Labs ' Incubation Program received hundreds of applications, with 3% of them being accepted into the program. 12 project teams spanning the DeFi, infrastructure, and AI sectors were selected, and 7 outstanding project teams were invested by Binance Labs at the end of the season.
For this season 7, Binance Labs is calling for startups in the following areas of interest:
The infrastructure
- Modular Blockchain: data availability, parallel processing and execution, reStaking infrastructure
- DePIN: decentralized internet services, data collection, decentralized manufacturing, decentralized computing, energy grid optimization, supply chain and delivery
- AI infrastructure: zkml, TEE solutions, AI market, AI development tools/software
- Bitcoin infrastructure (L2s, side-chains, inscription engines, decentralized indexers, etc.)
Decentralized Finance (DeFi)
- Bitcoin-native DeFi
- Liquid Staking and reStaking for emerging ecosystems
- New DeFi products and applications: parametric hedging, phygitals, Derivative, etc
- Institutional DeFi : compliance solutions, security solutions (zk/FHE)
- Innovative Decentralized Stablecoin
