Bitcoin News reported on the X platform that the holdings of BlackRock's Bitcoin spot ETF have exceeded $21 billion in value.

According to Odaily, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas released a chart on August 13th showing that US Bitcoin spot ETFs currently hold 909,700 BTC, which is worth approximately $55.1 billion based on the current price of around $60,500 per BTC. These BTC holdings are approaching the 1.1 million BTC held by Satoshi Nakamoto. On average, Bitcoin spot ETFs are accumulating around 37,510 BTC per month, and at this rate, they are likely to surpass Satoshi's holdings as early as January, which will be one year after the launch of these ETFs. Balchunas believes that the ETFs' BTC holdings may even exceed Satoshi's as early as October.
