Bitcoin (BTC) Price Plummets: Is $40,000 the Next Target?

According to Lookonchain's recent market analysis content published on X, five indicators can be used to observe whether Bitcoin has reached its peak:

1. The Rainbow chart is a long-term valuation tool that uses a logarithmic growth curve to predict the future potential price movement of BTC. The new Bitcoin Rainbow2023 chart shows that BTC is still very cheap.

2. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) chart ≥70: BTC is in an overbought state and may soon fall. ≤30: BTC is in an oversold state and may soon rise. The current RSI is 61.87, and compared to previous data, BTC does not seem to have reached its peak yet.

3. The 200-week moving average heat map shows that the current price point is blue, which means that the price top has not yet been reached, and this is a time to hold and buy.

4. The Cumulative Destroyed Coin Value Days (CVDD) shows that when the BTC price reaches the green line, the BTC price is undervalued, indicating that the current time is a good buying opportunity. The current CVDD shows that the top of BTC has not yet been reached.

5. The annual average line multiplier shows that the BTC price is in the middle of the red line and the green line. It has not yet reached the red line, and the market has not yet seen a top.
