According to Foresight News , Solana co-founder Toly said about ZKsync’s newly launched governance system, “Although ZKsync claims that it is not a multi-signature system, it is actually still based on the honest majority assumption, which means that it is similar to a multi-signature system in nature.”
In addition, Solana co-founder Toly responded to Matter Labs CEO Alex Gluchowski’s remarks on “Is Solana multi-signature?” and said, “Solana is not multi-signature because all validators cannot convince Circle to connect USDC on Solana, and Circles’ single full node will reject invalid state transitions. This is because a sufficient number of token holders are required to form a quorum, and there are enough members of the ‘Professional Security Committee’ to agree to this operation.”
