The event will combine the themes of innovation and free speech. More than 7,000 participants have registered so far. "The Open Art" is scheduled to be held on September 19 at the internationally renowned National Gallery Singapore, which houses a world-renowned public collection of modern art from Singapore and Southeast Asia.
