PANews reported on September 16 that, according to Coindesk, the layer-2 blockchain protocol T1 Protocol has announced the completion of its Pre-Seed funding round. Investors include a16z Crypto, BreedVC, as well as Benedikt Bünz, Sam Kazemian, Amir Bandeali, Eric Chan, Kartik Talwar, Kubi Mensah, and Meltem Demirors, though the specific amount raised has not been disclosed. T1 Protocol aims to address the issues of aggregation fragmentation and composability in Ethereum, and the protocol will also participate in the a16z crypto startup accelerator (CSX).
