Boyaa Interactive: Plans to invest 100 bitcoins in MTT ESports and acquire 25% of the latter's equity

Odaily Odaily News Boyaa Interactive announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at noon on September 17 that the company entered into a subscription agreement with MTT ESports Limited (MTT ESports) on September 17, 2024, and invested in MTT ESports with 100 units of Bitcoin as consideration, which is equivalent to a total value of approximately US$5,819,251 based on the market price of Bitcoin on the day immediately before this announcement. After the investment is completed, the company will acquire a 25% stake in MTT ESports. MTT ESports will not become a subsidiary of the company due to the investment, and its financial results will not be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
