On September 23, according to Bloomberg, the next US presidential candidate and current Vice President Kamala Harris said at a fundraising event at Cipriani Wall Street in Manhattan:
“I will bring together the workforce, small business founders and innovators, and large corporations. Working together, we will invest in American competitiveness and invest in America’s future. We will encourage innovative technologies like artificial intelligence and digital assets, while protecting our consumers and investors.”
It is reported that this is the first time Harris has commented on cryptocurrency as a Democratic presidential candidate.
