According to the announcement from Huobi HTX, Huobi HTX will open the deposit service for EIGEN on September 29th at 21:00 (GMT+8). The EIGEN/USDT spot trading is expected to be opened after the deposit volume reaches the market trading demand on October 1st. The withdrawal service for EIGEN will be opened on October 2nd at 22:00 (UTC+8).

EigenLayer is a protocol built on Ethereum that introduces a new primitive called restaking in the context of crypto-economic security. Users who stake native or use liquid staking tokens (LST) can choose to join the EigenLayer smart contract to restake their ETH or LST, and extend the crypto-economic security to other applications on the network to earn additional rewards.
