Lucent Block, the operator of the real estate token securities platform 'Soyou', announced on the 24th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with Hana Bank, Hana Securities, Daejeon City, and Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center and will move forward with building a win-win financial model to revitalize the local startup ecosystem.
Each company will participate in the 'Daejeon Startup Support Project' agreement by: △purchasing buildings, △creating and operating spaces through remodeling, △planning and hosting public offerings for real estate listing assets, etc. The goal is to provide opportunities for citizens to directly participate in investment, and to contribute to the creation of Daejeon's innovative startup environment and revitalization of the local economy.
The Daejeon Startup Support Project focuses on building a space to support the growth of prospective and existing entrepreneurs in the Gung-dong Startup Park in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon. Hana Bank will purchase and remodel the building, while Daejeon City and the Daejeon Creative Economy Innovation Center will support the overall operation and management of the facility.
Lucent Block will be hosting the real estate asset offering and will utilize its real estate token securities platform to promote the offering to general investors early next year. Hana Securities will be in charge of the account management institution.
