According to a report by Decrypt, as the prices of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies rise, several mobile cryptocurrency applications have seen their rankings in the Apple App Store increase.
Among them, Coinbase has risen from the 26th position in the free finance category on the day of the US election to the 1st position on Friday. The rise in ranking is in line with the surge in trading volume on the exchange, with data from CoinGecko showing that its trading volume exceeded $12 billion on November 12, setting a new annual high.
Other major crypto applications such as Robinhood and Crypto.com have also followed Coinbase's lead, rising to the top 10 in the same category.Additionally, the mobile MEME coin trading platform Moonshot has risen 388 positions from outside the top 400, ranking 84th in the free finance category during the same period.
According to data from SensorTower, Moonshot was launched in July and has accumulated over 90,000 downloads on the iOS App Store and Google's Android Play Store.As of late Friday, the multi-chain crypto wallet Phantom ranked 6th in the utility app category on the App Store.
