Blockchain technology company BlockOdyssey announced the launch of its global web3-based performance platform service 'AllStage' on the 21st.
AllStage is a blockchain-based entertainment and tech platform that protects the rights and interests of artists and fan communities. BlockOdyssey explained that it was designed to support △transparent ticket management and tracking △digitalization of performance management △web3-based community operation △activation of various music performance genres.
By using Non-Fungible Token (NFT) tickets based on QR technology owned by BlockOdyssey, it provides anti-scalping functions and enables transparent issuance of performance tickets, as well as management and tracking of their usage. The company expects to reduce the cost and manpower for managing online ticket verification and paper ticket exchange at the performance site.
The company evaluated that it can utilize the information of the final ticket purchasers to effectively implement marketing, such as recommending other performances with similar preferences. Through community service functions, not just simple performance registration and ticket issuance services, it aims to contribute to building a high level of trust between fans and artists by supporting a transparent reward system based on fandom activities.
AllStage was selected for the '2024 ICT-Music (Music Tech) Production Support Project' of the Korea Creative Content Agency and was developed this year. Along with continuous service advancement and additional feature improvements, the company plans to expand the service through partnerships with domestic and international performance entertainment companies in various genres beyond concerts.
