Coinbase Exec: 'Plans to Expand Memecoin Listings Under 2nd Trump Administration'

Coinbase's VP of International Policy, Tom Duff Gordon, said in an interview with Bloomberg, "We expect the regulatory environment to improve with the launch of the second Trump administration. As a result, we plan to expand the listing of such as meme coins." He explained, "Once more clear regulations for cryptocurrencies are in place, the exchange plans to expand its related services. This includes many projects and that were not previously available to US users." He added, "While we have launched a derivatives exchange in Bermuda to address US regulatory issues and global business expansion, the US remains our most important market, where the majority of our employees and users are located."
