Polkadot Kusama network TPS surges to 82,171 in latest stress test

According to the Polkadot Chinese community public account, in the recent Kusama network stress test, the TPS (transactions per second) reached an amazing 82,171, and the non-batch transaction TPS also reached 10,547, using only 15% of the network's core capacity. This test was jointly conducted by Parity and Amforc, aiming to explore the network's limits under high load conditions. The test was carried out in two phases, including simulating block saturation in the Kusama relay chain and Spammening activities. The final results show that Kusama's performance far exceeded expectations. This achievement was also realized without the JAM protocol being enabled. Polkadot founder Gavin emphasized that while TPS is not the only criterion for evaluating project success, this test has proven the technical strength of Polkadot to the outside world, and the team will continue to be committed to the Web3 ideal, providing users with decentralized and high-performance long-term guarantees.
