AI Agent projects are losing their appeal:
With the rapid influx of new projects, the Agent market is becoming increasingly diluted, and their competitive advantages are rapidly diminishing.
Compared to 4 weeks ago, the market landscape has changed significantly. At that time, Zerebro had a clear technological lead and its functionality far exceeded other Agent projects.
My view on the market:
Due to the rapid changes in the market, many investors have not yet realized the shift in this trend. They are still chasing $BULLY and other Response Agents.
I expect that in the coming weeks, market liquidity will flow out of smaller Agent projects and into a few winners, which will likely be determined by the listing decisions of centralized exchanges (CEXs).
My best recommendation is:#AIXBT.
I am also bullish on $BULLY, especially their social media marketing strategy.
I use $BULLY as an example, not to disparage other tokens, and Bully has indeed performed well.
This is a potential huge opportunity:
The next generation of AI and Agent projects are currently undervalued, and as the market gradually recognizes this trend, they will attract more liquidity.
Potential beneficiary project directions:
Vertical Agent frameworks
Infrastructure supporting Swarms of Agents
Simulation environments for observing Agent behavior
Projects I am bullish on (and hold):
#AI16z: Still undervalued
#Zerebro: About to launch a brand new framework
$Realis: Provides 3D simulation support for Agent Swarms (Disclaimer: I hold these projects, especially $REALIS. It may be a short-term trade for me, and I may sell at any time, so please do your own research DYOR.)
Market rotation continues:
From #Virutal -> #AI16z
Currently, the valuation of the Virtuals ecosystem is still relatively high, while the valuation of AI16z still has room for upside. Although the price of AI16z has already risen by 80% in the past 7 days, I believe its valuation should be on par with Virtuals (fluctuating up or down by 20%).
As interest in Agent projects wanes and liquidity becomes more dispersed, the Virtuals ecosystem may continue to be impacted, despite having the best framework for capturing native token value.
Long-term view:
Bullish on the long-term development potential of Virtuals and AI16z
Short-term view:
Very bullish on the short-term performance of AI16z
Neutral or slightly bearish on Virtuals
If a major catalyst (such as a Coinbase listing) occurs, Virtuals may see a new wave of upward momentum.
My upcoming focus areas:
Currently, it is a good time to explore undervalued and fairly launched projects. If you know of the following types of projects, please let me know:
Upcoming new frameworks
Agent applications focused on specific domains
Visual Agents for video indexing
The direction of Visual Agents is particularly promising. I believe this technology could become the next major trend in the Agent space, and the first project to successfully apply this technology could achieve massive growth.
