Circle launches USDC and developer tools on Unichain

Foresight News announced that Circle has launched USDC and its developer tools on the Unichain. Developers in the Unichain ecosystem can use USDC, the cross-chain transfer protocol CCTP, and the programmable wallet to build secure and scalable on-chain applications, and easily attract users across chains. Furthermore, CCTP enables the Unichain ecosystem to perform cross-chain swaps and liquidity management through USDC, and connects to multiple networks such as Arbitrum, Base, Ethereum, and Solana. The programmable wallet supports the creation of in-app wallets for both EVM and non-EVM blockchains, and provides compliance tools and gas fee abstraction functionality. Circle also plans to launch a smart contract platform, providing audited contract templates to accelerate the deployment of DeFi, Non-Fungible Token, and Real-World Asset tokenization applications. Currently, USDC natively supports 18 blockchains.
