According to a message from ChainCatcher, Solana has announced that the second phone developed by Solana Mobile, the Solana Seeker, is currently in testing and is expected to start shipping in the summer of 2025.

The Solana Seeker is the next generation Web3 smartphone following their first phone, the Solana Saga. It will be priced at $500. Compared to the previous Saga model, the Seeker has made significant hardware improvements, including a lighter and thinner design, a brighter display, enhanced camera performance, and longer battery life.

The Seeker features a built-in Seed Vault, which is a self-custodial cryptocurrency wallet deeply integrated with the hardware, and an upgraded Solana decentralized app store. Each Seeker phone will come with a unique "soul-bound" Non-Fungible Token (NFT), called the Seeker Genesis Token.
