reported that Crypto.com CEO Kris tweeted that the US SEC has officially concluded its investigation into Crypto.com and has not taken any enforcement actions against the exchange.
Previously, Crypto.com received a Wells notice from the SEC in October last year, after which it sued the SEC for overstepping its jurisdiction. After former President Trump announced the appointment of crypto-supportive Paul Atkins to replace Gary Gensler as the next SEC chairman, Crypto.com withdrew its lawsuit in December.
