Hashkey Group and Bosera have received approval from the SFC of Hong Kong to launch the world's first tokenized money market ETF.

Hashkey Group, in partnership with Bosera, has successfully launched the world's first tokenized money market ETF after receiving approval from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC).
This development is a significant advancement in merging blockchain technology with traditional financial assets.
According to the announcement on Hashkey's X platform, the ETF supported by Hashkey Chain leverages asset tokenization to enhance transparency and liquidation, making it a more effective Investment Vehicle.
"Bringing on-chain money market ETF through blockchain technology is a crucial step in applying Web3 to traditional finance," said Dr. Xiao Feng, Chairman and CEO of Hashkey Group.
The first ETFs launched are Bosera HKD Money Market ETF and Bosera USD Money Market ETF. As the first compliant blockchain platform, Hashkey Chain provides the technical platform to secure and manage tokenized assets.
Lian Shaodong, Chairman and CEO of Bosera Asset Management, stated: "This issuance is the company's latest product in the Web 3.0 field, following the Virtual Asset Spot ETF, and Bosera hopes to create value for investors".
The fund managers and custodians of the money market ETF are CMB Wing Lung Trustee Limited and BOCI-Prudential Trustee Limited, providing fund management services essential for successfully issuing Tokenized Stocks of these products.
This launch signals increased acceptance of blockchain integration into traditional finance, creating a foundation for tokenized financial products in the future.
