PANews reported on April 2nd that according to Cointelegraph, the latest report from Google Threat Intelligence Group (GTIG) shows that IT technicians associated with North Korea are expanding their infiltration targets to blockchain enterprises outside the United States. As US regulatory scrutiny becomes stricter, these tech spies have infiltrated cryptocurrency projects in the United Kingdom. The report points out that although the United States remains the primary target, increasingly strict employment reviews have forced North Korean IT personnel to seek jobs at non-US companies. These individuals have built a global operational network through forged identities, with their infiltration scope covering traditional network development and blockchain applications such as Solana and Anchor smart contracts.
