PANews reports on April 3rd that Coinbase's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal posted on X platform, stating that due to the court lifting the stay order, the cryptocurrency exchange's lawsuit against the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has been reinstated. Coinbase accuses the FDIC of deliberately withholding key documents and failing to cooperate with its information request.
