According to ChainCatcher, citing CoinDesk, Illinois plans to withdraw its staking-related lawsuit against Coinbase, becoming the fourth U.S. state to do so after Kentucky, Vermont, and South Carolina.
Currently, Alabama, California, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington, and Wisconsin continue their staking-related lawsuits against Coinbase. Representatives from New Jersey and Washington confirmed that their cases are ongoing, while California, Maryland, and Wisconsin have refused to comment. Alabama has not yet responded to media inquiries.
Previous report indicated that Kentucky withdrew its lawsuit against Coinbase.
