The company will hold a special shareholders meeting on May 9 at 22:00 Beijing time to review the restructuring matters, with the restructuring expected to be completed in mid-May, followed by listing on Nasdaq with the stock code "GLXY". Currently, Galaxy Digital is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
