According to ChainCatcher, based on the official Binance announcement, Binance Futures will adjust the funding rate settlement frequency of the USDⓈ-M ORCAUSDT perpetual contract from every 4 hours to every 2 hours, starting from April 12, 2025, 08:00 (UTC).
The announcement also states that to prevent risks from extreme market volatility, Binance Futures may take additional protective measures without prior notice, including but not limited to adjusting maximum leverage, position value, margin maintenance rates at various levels, updating funding rates, and changing the price index composition.
