According to ChainCatcher and Cointelegraph, based on information from Bloomberg analyst Eric Balchunas, multiple spot Solana ETFs in Canada will officially launch on April 16, expected to provide SOL staking services. The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has approved asset management companies such as Purpose, Evolve, CI, and 3iQ to issue related ETFs.
This launch marks Canada's pioneering move in the altcoin ETF track. Currently, the United States has not approved any staking-supported crypto ETFs.
