TRC20-USDT issuance exceeds 70 billion, increasing to 70.7 billion

Planet Daily News: The latest information shows that the TRC20-USDT issuance has increased to 70.7 billion tokens, officially breaking through the 70 billion mark. Since the beginning of this year, the TRON network has cumulatively issued nearly 11 billion USDT. As of now, TRC20-USDT accounts for 48.6% of the total USDT issuance across the network, with 64.47 million holding accounts and over 2.458 billion cumulative transfers. Additionally, the Web3 e-commerce platform Uquid recently stated that 85% of African users gave the TRON network a five-star rating, claiming that the stablecoin on TRON provides a payment experience that is more stable and low-cost compared to local payment systems. TRC20-USDT is a dollar-pegged stablecoin issued by Tether on the TRON network, and its fast transfer speed and low transaction fees have attracted a large number of users. It has been supported by multiple exchanges including Binance, HTX, OKX, Bitfinex, MEXC, KuCoin, Gate.io, and Poloniex. The TRC20 version of USDT will significantly enhance the existing decentralized application ecosystem of TRON, bringing higher overall value storage and stronger decentralized exchange liquidity, and providing a more convenient blockchain entry for enterprise partners and institutional investors.
