El Salvador’s National Digital Asset Commission Submits Cross-Border Regulatory Sandbox Cooperation Proposal to the U.S. SEC

PANews reports on April 23 that according to the meeting memorandum released by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Crypto Asset Special Working Group on April 22, Perkin Law Firm, the National Digital Asset Committee (CNAD) of El Salvador, and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemilt submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the SEC, aiming to promote regulatory innovation in the digital asset field. The proposal provides the SEC with an opportunity to collaborate with international regulatory agencies to support the development and optimization of the U.S. digital asset regulatory framework with actual data.
