Continuing from the previous post. I still use the term "web3" instead of the general term "blockchain" because there are infrastructures like IPFS that are not related to blockchain (Filecoin appeared later as an incentive layer), but still meet many characteristics such as decentralization, data ownership, and resistance to censorship. Web3's most important infrastructure is not blockchain, which is ironically contradictory for anyone waving the web3 banner.
