On April 29, according to CCTV News, multiple departments including the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee jointly issued the "Beijing Blockchain Innovation Application Development Action Plan (2025-2027)".
The "Action Plan" clearly proposes the main objectives: by 2027, achieving significant improvement in the capability of domestically controllable blockchain technology supporting the national digital infrastructure foundation. By then, it aims to achieve more than 10 breakthrough results in core technology fields such as blockchain-specific chips and privacy protection, including PB-level trusted storage, and form more than 20 excellent application cases in 5 key areas like artificial intelligence large models, and initially establish a national blockchain hub node.
