👉 Enter DAPP → Scan to Earn → Select voucher type → Upload → Submit

❓ How to mint PID & claim vouchers?

👉 Enter DAPP → Mint a PID → Search for preferred number or name → Check availability → If available, click to start minting

❓ Why wasn't my payment voucher recognized?

👉 Ensure the uploaded voucher image is clear, complete, and contains valid information. If multiple uploads fail, it might be due to high call frequency causing temporary system restrictions. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

❓ Why did my KYC verification fail?

👉 Currently, mobile端 only supports Kiwi verification. For a more stable and smooth experience, it is recommended to log in via computer to complete verification.

❓ Why can't I log in?

👉 Please check if VPN is enabled, as some VPN connections may cause login issues. If you still cannot log in after disabling VPN, please report in the "Report" channel of the Telegram community, and we will assist you promptly.

❓ Why are my points recalculated?

👉 When you switch blockchain networks, account points will be automatically recalculated. You can go to the bottom of the settings page, click "Add Address", and bind your Web3 wallet address or email, Apple, or Google account to the same PID, and points will automatically sync.

❓ Why aren't my points increasing in real-time?

👉 Due to high system access volume, point calculation and display may have slight delays, but all valid data and points will be safely recorded and never lost.

❓ What can points be used for?

👉 Points can be used for credit scoring, priority unlocking of financial services, governance voting, ecosystem rights exchange, and more.
