Nvidia notifies Chinese customers of revised chips: plans to launch revised H20 chip in July

Reuters reported on May 9, citing three sources, that Nvidia has informed its major Chinese customers, including cloud computing giants, of plans to launch a modified H20 chip in July. According to the report, Nvidia has established new technical thresholds to guide the design of the modified chip. Informed sources said that compared to the original H20, these specifications will significantly downgrade the chip's performance, including substantially reducing memory capacity. (Jintian)
