According to ChainCatcher, the TRC20-USDT issuance has increased to 75.7 billion tokens, reaching a historic high. At this point, TRON has officially surpassed Ethereum, becoming the world's largest USDT issuance network. Since the beginning of this year, the TRON network has cumulatively issued nearly 16 billion USDT. Currently, TRC20-USDT has 65.94 million holding accounts, with cumulative transfers exceeding 2.5 billion transactions.
It is reported that TRC20-USDT is a USD-pegged stablecoin issued by Tether on the TRON network, with fast transfer speeds and low transaction fees that have attracted a large number of users. It has been supported by multiple exchanges including Binance, HTX, OKX, Bitfinex, MEXC, Kucoin, gate.io, and Poloniex. The TRC20 version of USDT will significantly enhance TRON's existing decentralized application ecosystem, bringing higher overall value storage and stronger decentralized exchange liquidity, and providing a more convenient blockchain entry for enterprise partners and institutional investors.
