According to ChainCatcher, citing Decrypt, the crypto investment firm GSR has completed an equity investment in Maverix Securities, a Swiss investment solutions provider.
Based on the cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly develop digital asset products for institutions and professional investors, with product lines including yield-enhanced structured solutions, crypto index strategies, and derivative tools. As part of the collaboration, Alain Kunz, Managing Director of GSR, will join the Maverix board of directors. GSR will provide digital asset liquidity and risk management technical support, while Maverix will be responsible for issuing compliant investment products on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX).
