ZachXBT: Exchange phone verification policies are unsafe, fraudulent calls from Coinbase have led to many thefts

According to Foresight News, crypto detective ZachXBT stated regarding the Coinbase user data leak, "I personally believe that the exchange's phone number verification policy is extremely unsafe, as deceptive phone calls/text messages showing 'Coinbase' directly led to many theft cases. Inexperienced users can almost never defend against it. Since most people have only one phone number, and many websites require it, it will ultimately be leaked."
