Huang Renxun: Nvidia Grace Blackwell opens the era of "real-time thinking" computing

PANews reported on May 19th that NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang stated that they have been developing a new computer aimed at enhancing inference speed, transforming traditional artificial intelligence into an autonomous "thinking AI" capable of real-time thinking and reasoning. To meet the demand for greater computing power, they have introduced a new system called "Grace Blackwell", which transforms ordinary computers into powerful supercomputers. He was pleased to announce that their Grace Blackwell system, after experiencing a challenging development process, is now fully in production. The Blackwell system based on the HGX motherboard has been fully in production since last year and began delivery in February. Grace Blackwell has been adopted by multiple cloud service providers and has gained widespread recognition on platforms like Twitter. They plan to upgrade to the Grace Blackwell GB300 version this quarter, with the GB300 featuring upgraded Blackwell chips that improve inference performance by 1.5 times, increase HBM memory capacity by 1.5 times, and double network connectivity capabilities, thereby enhancing overall system performance.
