What is Bondex?
Bondex is a professional Web3 network platform that combines social networking, gamification, and recruitment marketplace, where users not only build professional profiles but also earn rewards through quality interactions. Bondex aims to address Web2 limitations such as recruitment spam, value disparities, and lack of transparency in candidate skill assessment.
Unlike LinkedIn – where users are exploited for data without receiving any value, Bondex allows users to retain personal data, build reputation, and receive rewards in $BDXN tokens, while also participating in network governance.
How does Bondex work?
Bondex operates through two main platforms: web and mobile applications. Each interaction in the network – from profile updates, making connections, to completing tasks – is assigned Bond Points (BP) as a credibility point system.
- Bond Points: Offchain points representing user reputation and behavior quality. Can be earned through active participation or purchased (with lower weight). BP acts as a "collateral asset" for actions like applying, vouching, or accepting tasks.
- Bondex Reputation: A reputation scoring system combining onchain and offchain data, determining user visibility and reward rates.
- $BDXN Token: An onchain token that plays a role in value distribution, governance, and incentivizing positive behavior. This token can be locked to increase rewards from seasonal Airdrops and participate in governance voting.
Bondex operates on a Positive-sum Game model, where users, companies, and developers all benefit from the ecosystem's development.
