This morning, I was expecting an upward channel and thought there’d be a rebound opportunity around 2490. In the afternoon, ETH did bounce at 2490, but quickly got rejected at minor resistance above and broke down through the whole descending channel. Right now, the chart has shifted into a downward channel. As long as we don’t break out, the main scenario is still range-bound movement within the box. Price is currently showing resistance at 2540. Let’s see how the support holds around the midline at 2510-2500—if resistance flips into support here, there’s a chance for a breakout, and shorts will need to exit.
