Hackathon Overview
The Sensay EdTech Breakthrough Hackathon has successfully concluded. The event attracted 183 hackers with 56 projects approved. The event focused on developing solutions using Sensay's AI technology, aiming to create personalized and efficient learning experiences. Participants used the Wisdom Engine API to create tools optimizing educational outcomes for different groups.
The hackathon offered a total prize pool of 10,000 USD in Sensay Tokens, including a 2,000 USD "Community Favorite Award" and an 8,000 USD "Final Pitch Milestone Award". Additionally, through collaboration with Cyberscope, participants could receive additional benefits such as Sensay partner API program qualifications and audit credits.
The exhibited projects covered application scenarios including AI teaching assistants, learning consolidation tools, language learning companions, and professional skill trainers, with the core goal of empowering education through personalized expert knowledge.
The hackathon fully demonstrated AI technology's potential to reshape education: numerous participants contributed innovative solutions around the dual objectives of "customized learning experiences" and "reducing teachers' repetitive work", providing diverse perspectives for educational technology development.

The five-week Sensay EdTech Hackathon challenged participants to integrate AI into educational experiences. Project judging criteria included originality, execution, impact, Sensay API integration, and community engagement.
1st Place
MafCoac - MafCoach improves player skills in Mafia games by providing an AI-driven coaching assistant, integrating educational coaching into the game and creating a practical and interactive learning experience.
2nd Place
Navi - Navi serves as a personal strategic partner, using AI to help users set and achieve important goals through effective planning tools.
3rd Place
Genius Minds - Genius Minds engages in dialogue with AI versions of historical figures, providing unique educational conversations to enrich learning platforms.
4th Place
Deshi - Deshi focuses on user-centric learning progress, allowing future users to benefit from others' learning journeys, though project details are not extensive.
Community Champion
NeoLearn - NeoLearn uses advanced language models to provide real-time adaptive quizzes, creating dynamic personalized learning experiences to enhance user engagement.
