Ledger Nano S and the Challenge of Adding New Features
According to the announcement from Ledger's Chief Technology Officer, Charles Guillemet, the Nano S device currently has only 320kb of memory. Applications like LedgerOS, Bitcoin, and Ethereum have almost filled the memory, leading to an inability to improve security features such as parallel multi-application support or authentication signing improvements.
