On June 29, the Iranian crypto trading platform Nobitex released an update on the security incident handling, with user wallets beginning to be reopened in batches, starting from verified users, initially focusing on spot wallets and subsequently expanding to other wallet types. Users need to undergo identity verification, and Nobitex will begin displaying wallet balances in phases.
Previously, Nobitex was attacked by the pro-Israel hacker group "Gonjeshke Darande" ("Predatory Sparrow"), with estimated losses of around $100 million.
