What happens a lot in investing, especially in crypto, is the "One more pump" or "One more dip" mentality. People make a plan, but when the time comes and the asset they want to buy or sell hits the level, they hold back and end up waiting just for one more move. Eventually price will move away without you if you keep changing the goal posts. This works but for buying and selling. It's why I stick with a more gradual slow scale in and out strategy for my longer term investments. It helps you from having that regret of potentially selling or buying early/late.
