PANews reported on July 16 that according to CoinDesk, Ripple has partnered with the UAE company Ctrl Alt to provide tokenization services for Dubai real estate using XRP Ledger. Ctrl Alt will use Ripple's custody infrastructure to store tokenized property contracts issued by the Dubai Land Department on XRPL. This collaboration aims to support the Dubai government-led real estate digitization program.
Ctrl Alt is the first virtual asset service provider in Dubai authorized by VARA to provide issuance-related services. Ripple has already obtained a license from the Dubai Financial Services Authority this year and has launched multiple collaborations with local financial institutions.
