According to Foresight News, AI data collection company Sapien has announced the establishment of a non-profit entity, Sapien Foundation, responsible for maintaining the ecosystem and the development of the SAPIEN token. The SAPIEN token uses a proof-of-stake mechanism, rewarding quality contributions and penalizing poor behavior to ensure transparency, fairness, and community-driven operations. Sapien states that the airdrop plan for the SAPIEN token, including eligibility conditions, distribution formula, and snapshot date, can be modified at the discretion of Sapien International Ltd.
As previously reported by Foresight News, AI data collection company Sapien completed a $10.5 million seed round in October 2024, with Variant leading the investment.
