Guangzhou Public Law Chain was accused of withdrawing the appraisal certificate and the hash could not be verified

PANews reported on August 4th that according to the "Seeing" column of the Dahe Daily, recently, two key electronic forensic appraisal reports related to the "Fantasy Westward Journey" plug-in case involving Li from Zhejiang were withdrawn after being issued on the Guangzhou Public Law Chain Certification Platform and re-uploaded with the original document number. The pre-modification version and public chain hash were not disclosed, making it impossible to verify their authenticity. The issuing agency, Guangdong Xin Zheng Forensic Appraisal Institute, claimed to have only adjusted punctuation. The Guangzhou Municipal Justice Bureau confirmed the withdrawal and determined that it did not strictly adhere to the "Judicial Appraisal Procedure Guidelines", requiring corrections. Li has applied for administrative reconsideration.
