The exciting parts of the game will continue to exist on the Proof of Play platform on Abstract. This platform's format allows us to port different parts of the game to other chains over time, even to other chains in the future. Regarding Founder's Pirates, we will conduct the final PIRATE token distribution, after which they will transition to community identity Non-Fungible Tokens, with no further token claims."
Foresight News previously reported that the Pirate Nation Foundation launched the PIRATE token on the Ethereum network on June 13, 2024. The total supply of PIRATE is 1 billion tokens, with 47% allocated to the community, 28% to the team, 13.25% to the ecosystem, and 11.75% to investors and advisors. Within the community allocation, 31.91% of tokens (19% of total supply) will be claimable on the Token Generation Event day by Season 0 and Season 1 participants and Founder's Pirates Non-Fungible Token holders.
