Regarding altcoins, many people are worried about whether altcoin season will arrive after the recent #Bitcoin and #ETH surges, especially the latter's significant strength! In fact, let's not even talk about altcoins not rising. On August 17th, I posted a quick summary of my personal records. Since August 3rd, the altcoin market capitalization (excluding ETH) has reached $799.5 billion. As of today, it's $907.2 billion. Over the past 21 days, the altcoin market capitalization has increased by $107.7 billion, a 13.47% increase. Based on my personal data, altcoin market capitalization has grown over these 21 days. Of course, this market capitalization growth also includes some newly added tokens and the unlocking of some altcoins, but it also shows that many altcoins are beginning to rebound slightly. Therefore, I believe the question of whether or not altcoins will rise can be approached from a macroeconomic perspective. Although the altcoin market capitalization has seen a slight increase, the key issue is that the inflow of external funds has clearly not kept pace with the rapid pace of altcoin "inflation." From an economic perspective, when earnings/revenues fail to keep pace with inflation, economic problems arise, and stagflation sets in. The current altcoin market is similar to a period of stagflation. Economically, stagflation is often followed by a subsequent economic crisis. Of course, in the crypto world, an economic crisis won't occur, but a revolution in altcoins—a restructuring of logic, cognition, and market confidence—is necessary. Otherwise, market confidence in altcoins remains a major concern. Once a crisis of trust emerges, it's difficult for the market to recover. Of course, from another perspective, many altcoins will ultimately face a "zombie" state. Just like the long bull run in the US stock market, you can still find a large number of "zombie" stocks languishing at the bottom, simply because they remain unmentioned.
