They're currently tokenizing real estate worth around $1 billion in Dubai. (There have been other real estate tokenization projects, but their scales are quite different, and the area is crypto-friendly.) @MavrykNetwork, as a partner of MultiBank, is laying the infrastructure for real estate RWAs. @multibank_io has been in the financial industry since 2005, building numerous partners and leveraging its financial engineering expertise. RWAs are hot, but why are they so challenging? Ultimately, it all comes down to capital, trust, and connections (partners). When you think of RWA, you only remember Ondo, right? Thanks to BlackRock. That's it. ---- In the real estate RWA sector, $MVRK and $MBG is currently in the lead and has sufficient credibility and financial resources. Mavrick seems set to conclude in early September. Multibank is also expected to end its event around the end of September, when Q3 ends, or early October, when Q4 begins. Currently, the estimated rewards are roughly equal to $3,000 per person... Considering that, climbing the leaderboard seems quite easy. Looking at the 30D leaderboard, there are quite a few famous accounts on the Yaping board, but it feels empty. It seems like everyone else is doing something else.
