Trust Wallet – a self-custodial crypto wallet owned by Binance co-founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao – has integrated Tokenize stocks and ETFs into its platform.
This plan was announced by Trust Wallet in June, now officially implemented with the cooperation of Ondo Finance ( DeFi platform specializing in real assets - RWAs) and 1INCH (DEX aggregator).
According to CEO Eowyn Chen, integrating RWAs into self-custody wallets is “a critical step towards making global finance more transparent and efficient,” and blockchain will “democratize access to financial markets, laying the foundation for a more inclusive future.”
In this model, Ondo Finance offers Tokenize RWAs (stocks, ETFs, bonds), initially issued on Ethereum and soon supporting Solana. 1INCH Fusion provides liquidation and transaction price optimization, while Trust Wallet provides self-custody tools for easy user access.
Trust Wallet says it will continue to integrate more providers and liquidation sources to expand its user base. However, RWA Token are not currently available in the US, UK, and the European Economic Area (EEA). Additionally, RWAs trading will follow US market hours (13:30 – 20:00 UTC, Monday to Friday), and does not support 24/7 trading.
