During his working trip to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh had important meetings and working sessions with businesses: Bybit, Binance and Emaar. These are leading corporations and companies in the fields of digital assets and real estate.
At the working session with Bybit - a company with more than 2.5 million users in Vietnam (accounting for about 15% of the market) and the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the UAE, the General Director of Bybit welcomed Vietnam's orientation on piloting digital assets and building an international financial center.

Bybit affirms its readiness to support the development of a legal framework, Chia international experiences and participate in training human resources for Vietnam.
The Deputy Prime Minister congratulated Bybit on its success, emphasizing that developing a pilot legal framework for digital assets is an important task, and asked the company to continue accompanying Vietnam in this process.
At a working session with the General Director of Binance - the world's leading digital asset trading platform, the First Deputy Prime Minister expressed his wish that Binance open a headquarters in Da Nang and cooperate closely with the Vietnam International Financial Center in deploying a crypto asset trading floor.
On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister invited Mr. Richard Teng, General Director of Binance and former General Director of Abu Dhabi Global Market, to be a senior advisor for the construction and development of the Vietnam International Financial Center.
On Binance's side, Mr. Richard Teng agreed to Chia experiences and cooperate closely to develop the crypto asset market in Vietnam, and agreed to Chia experiences in developing an international financial center from Abu Dhabi's experience.

Within the framework of the working session, the Deputy Prime Minister also witnessed the signing ceremony of MOU on cooperation in developing blockchain technology and digital assets between Binance and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
During the meeting with Emaar Properties - a leading real estate group with presence in 15 countries with many famous projects, such as the world's tallest tower Burj Khalifa and the global trade center Dubai Mall, the CEO of Emaar Properties wanted to seek investment opportunities in Vietnam.
The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated Emaar's international successes, emphasizing that the Vietnam-UAE economic relationship is developing well, affirming that choosing Vietnam was the right decision.
The Vietnamese government encourages Emaar to participate in direct or indirect investment through the International Financial Center.
Emaar CEO said he will soon arrange a working delegation to Vietnam to study cooperation and investment opportunities.


Mr. Ali Al Amine said, G42 is a smart network connecting businesses to build AI infrastructure in the UAE and expand internationally. G42 currently owns 60% of Khazna Data Centers – the largest data center in the region, with 30 operating facilities (capacity of 268 MW) and 130 MW under construction.
The group is currently proposing to invest about 70 MW in Ho Chi Minh City in the first phase, through cooperation with Vietnamese partners such as FPT and Viet Thai.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh congratulated the successes of G42 and welcomed investment interest in Vietnam.
The Government leader affirmed that data is an essential element of the digital economy; emphasizing that Ho Chi Minh City has prepared land funds and infrastructure to implement the data center project. Vietnam pledged to provide maximum support for the project and hoped that G42 would actively participate in training data technology human resources for Vietnam.
The Deputy Prime Minister also said that one of the key objectives of this working group is to research and develop an international financial center; and requested G42 to support the construction of a digital platform to serve the operation of an international financial center in Vietnam in the future.
G42 representatives expressed their wish to continue to discuss and work in detail with relevant Vietnamese ministries and branches on the project.
The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister agreed with this proposal, affirming that the Vietnamese Government will direct relevant agencies to closely coordinate, remove obstacles, and ensure the project is implemented in accordance with legal regulations and meets international standards. After the working session, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister visited the Khazna data center in Abu Dhabi.
