On November 1, a user in a community raised a question on X regarding "EtherFi may have upstream and downstream issues, and a card that has never been used for any consumption/pre-authorization has been fraudulently used".
EtherFi CEO Mike Silagadze responded, stating, "We are investigating this matter and communicating with our credit card partners. All users who experienced fraudulent transactions will receive a refund."
